Brook Venture Partners provides venture capital and subordinated debt to expansion stage companies seeking $1 million to $5 million in financing. Within IT we focus on CRM, Business Intelligence, Publishing, Electronic Payments and other data rich business activities. In the medical field we focus on proprietary technologies and related services which bring greater efficiencies to established markets. The results of Brook Fund I, Brook Fund II and related Brook Co-Investment Funds place our performance high in the top quartile of comparable funds.
