Our Story

Sixteen years ago, we embarked on a singular mission: to establish connections between companies and capital.

Commencing in 2007 with a modest gathering of a few hundred participants and a mere 20 investment funds, Venture Atlanta has now grown to accommodate more than 1,300 attendees each year, along with an impressive roster of over 350 investment funds, a significant number of which originate from outside our state borders. The network and events of the conference have played a pivotal role in facilitating over $7.5 billion in funding secured and more than $17 billion in successful exits, including noteworthy companies such as Kabbage, Cloud Sherpas, Roadie, ParkMobile, SalesLoft, and many others.

Today, our mission has expanded to encompass not only the connections established but also the resources, partnerships, and community that extend far beyond our annual conference, all in support of the most promising tech companies in the Southeast.
