MyCapital.com provides an unique opportunity for companies looking for investment capital to contact you. Companies
can search and view your profile that you posted in our database. They then contact you if they feel there is a match between
your investment preferences and their funding needs. As an investor, you will frequently
receive messages from our member companies that meet your investment preferences.
In addition, MyCapital.com works to provide you with a list of new companies looking for capital by sending you weekly e-mail alerts. If you prefer a more hands-on approach, you can search our database of startups and large companies looking for capital, and take the initiative
to contact them.
2. How can I become a MyCapital.com member? Are there any membership fees?
To become a member with MyCapital.com, simply register
online. Posting your profile is free. Our premium membership fee starts
at $200 per month.
3. I do not live in the United States. Can I still become a member?
Yes, MyCapital.com welcomes investors from all nations.
4. I want to post my profile for members to view, but I do not want them to
contact me. Is that possible?
Once your profile is posted in our database, our member companies can contact you. If you do not wish to be contacted, you may click Unsubscribe in your member page to opt out of receiving e-mails.
5. Can a professional service provider such as an investment banking firm
or a financial consultant become an investor member?
If you are a financial advisor or a service provider, you may register as a member in our 'Banks and Financial Advisors' section.
6. Do I need to sign a N0n-Disclosure Agreement in order to view your member company profiles?
No. Companies
that require a NDA from the investors will communicate this need when the investors
request additional information.
